Dave graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University in 1983 and the next year began his insurance career as a Claim Representative with Allstate Insurance. He advanced on to Credit Insurance Sales Manager for Bank One servicing the entire Michigan Retail Market. In 2009 he decided he would like to go independent and started his own Agency - D. E. Irwin Insurance Agency, PLLC. Dave now services clients all over Michigan and has developed a successful agency in which he educates his clients, shows them all the plans, and treats them with respect helping them choose the best possible fit. Dave believes only an independent agent can truly assist the client find the best possible plan that fits their budget. He is appointed with all the major carriers and represents the clients with personal attention. When Dave is not in the office he is spending quality time with his wife and two daughters and enjoys outdoor activities in the great State of Michigan.
